Your mission
- Business Development & International Partnering: Identify, evaluate, and acquire new business opportunities in Market Access; build strategic partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, consultancies, and associations across EU markets and selected global regions.
- Go-to-Market & Proposal Development: Develop offer strategies (pricing, scoping, value proposition), prepare and present proposals, and lead contract negotiations through to closure.
- Market Access Strategy: Analyze market trends (HTA, pricing, reimbursement), conduct stakeholder mapping (payers, HTA bodies, hospitals), and derive growth opportunities per country.
- Account & Pipeline Management: Maintain the opportunity funnel, manage forecasting and KPI reporting; collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless handover of deals into delivery.
- Representation & Networking: Attend industry conferences, actively nurture an international network, and provide thought leadership on EU HTA and reimbursement topics.
Your profile
- Completed degree (e.g., Health Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, Life Sciences) or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in Business Development within healthcare, ideally with proven Market Access expertise (pricing/reimbursement/HTA) in Europe.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; ability to translate complex regulations and market requirements into actionable growth plans.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English; confident in C-level meetings and at conferences.
- Independent, results-driven, proactive; high self-motivation and willingness to travel.
- Proficient in MS Office/Teams, CRM and sales tools, and LinkedIn for social selling and partnering.
